What to Expect

Download and Fill Out Your Paperwork Ahead of Time!

Your First Visit

Our chiropractic office will ask you to fill out a health history intake upon arrival. This paperwork helps us understand your current health condition and allows accurate entry of your information into our systems.

Next, you will have the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Jessica or Dr. Austin to discuss what it is that brought you in to seek care. This is where your doctor will be able to get to know your health to get a better understanding of the best way to provide care for you.

The chiropractor will then perform a detailed functional examination with chiropractic specific tests, a digital posture screen and a non-invasive scan using Myovision sEMG. Referrals may be made at this time if needed (lab work, x-ray, MRI) to determine the most effective care plan for you. You, or your family member, will then be scheduled for your next appointment.

Your Second Visit

The second visit is where your chiropractor will provide you with a report of findings from your first appointment. This discussion will allow a better understanding of how your spinal health may be affecting you at an even deeper level.

The doctor will have put together a custom made care plan designed to provide you with the most benefits possible. This will also be the time where payment options may be discussed. King Chiropractic offers a variety of payment options as shown below. Today will also be your first adjustment!

Paying for Your Care

We strive to make care affordable. We offer excellent care plans for both individuals and families, as well as additional care plans specifically priced for full-time students (upon providing documentation of enrollment), and for military members and their families (with military ID).

We are out of network most insurance companies but will contact them for you upon request. HSA/FSA accounts, personal injury and workers comp cases are all accepted at King Chiropractic, and both doctors are registered providers with Medicare. Cash, check, or credit cards are also accepted.
